Moskvitch xxxx series is a compact car produced by the Soviet automotive maker AZLK from xxxx to xxxx. It started first as Moskvitch xxxx and Moskvitch xxxx with the modified 408 platform, designed and released for the Soviet market in late xxxx.Rear end design of the "Moskvich xxxx"was copied from the xxxx Skoda100L,another make from communist bloc.Moskvich Starting xxxx, the modification of 412 export/luxury model was also designed and branded "xxxx SL" inside the Eastern Bloc countries and "xxxx SL" outside. The most notable differences between both models were redesigned dashboard and front seat headrests in xxxx. Starting xxxx, the xxxx were discontinued and 40 became only Moskvitch on all of markets. It was face-lifted the same year: the shield logo was changed to feature "????" written in metallic outline, the grille coating switched from metal to plastic, and both side mirrors were slightly redesigned to be less heavy. The station wagon variant xxxx was the last of Soviet cars to still feature taillight fins to accommodate gate opening, until the model was discontinued in xxxx. Although originally designed and often referenced as "fourth generation", the series were in fact only an enhancement over actual third generation of Moskvitches the 408/412. The obvious fourth generation entered in production with the Aleko starting xxxx, when both series shared the line for over two years, until xxxx was eventually discontinued in the July xxxx. This car was imported in xxxx and has been painted to give freshness to its age. The wheels were changed from R13 to R15 and so the car looks a bit higher. Its interior is upholstered with natural leather. Original bulbs were replaced by HID convertion kit. Currently registered in Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles so you can sell it or export it if youd like.
